Processed materials: POT9K-PRO processes a wide range of complex materials: hard, viscous, viscous, elastic, etc. Some of them are: soft and hard rubber, paronite and other cushioning materials, graphite reinforced with steel or aluminum, silicone, plastics, leather, cardboard, any including soft foam, EVA, polyurethane foam, neoprene, foamed rubber, styrofoam and many others.
POT9K-PRO is installed on almost any CNC cutting machine (such as a flatbed plotter with tangential rotation of the tool): Zund®, Atom®, iEcho®, Ruizhou®, X-Plot®, Jwei®, AOL®, AOL®, Ruk®, iBon® and others.
The advantages of the tool are a very large oscillation amplitude of 8 mm, high rigidity and reliability, vertical force on the knife up to 42 kg, frequency of 9000 vibrations per minute.
If your machine is not on our list, we will make an adapter for installation the POT9K-PRO on your machine.
The POT9K-PRO is compatible with high-strength, wear-resistant knives with a 6mm tang and Zund knives with a flat tang of 0.63mm, 1.0mm, and 1.5mm. An adapter is required for flat knives.
Attention: The head requires connection to a compressor and an air treatment system.
Compatibility
The POT9K-PRO is compatible with virtually any brand of flatbed CNC cutting machine with tangential rotation and can be easily installed on your machine. If your CNC cutting machine isn't listed, our engineers will design an adapter for mounting POT9K-PRO on your machine based on photos and mounting measurements. List of compatible CNC cutting machine: Zund®️️, Atom®️, iEcho®️, Ruizhou®️, X-Plot®️, Jwei®️, AOL®️, RUK®️, TPS®️, iBone®️, Lione®️, DNCUT, Lestar®️, Sinajet®️ and others machines, with a tool module that has tangential rotation.

The combined adapter makes the POT9K-PRO compatible with any flatbed CNC cutting machines with tangential head rotation technology. If your machine is not on our list, we can design and produce an adapter for your machine model within 7-14 days based on your measurements and photos.
